The head of the Islamic Propagation Office spoke of establishing the International Vice-presidency of the Islamic Propagation Office in the close future. In a meeting with the International Vice-president of Qom Seminary School announcing this news, hojjat-ol-Islam wal-Moslemeen Va'ezi said: "As a result of an agreement made by the board of trustees at the Islamic Propagation Office, some measures have been taken to establish the vice-presidency for the international affairs". He also stipulated that this vice-presidency will soon start its work.
Referring to the anticipation of establishing a teamwork with the purpose of running this vice-presidency, Va'ezi said: "We have assigned some people to find and introduce some experts as members of the above-mentioned teamwork, so that they can study and design the International Vice-presidency".
  The head of the Islamic Propagation Office went on to say: "Training experts and developing materials in propagating Islam is the ambition of the Islamic Propagation Office, and since we have access to some learned scholars and thinkers in this connection, some precious steps can be taken in the international arena". Hojjaat-ol-Islam wal-Moslemeen Va'ezi stressed that the Islamic Propagation Office enjoys the capacity as well as the required infrastructure.
He also referred to the fact that parallel–operating should be prevented. In this connection, he said: "Our endeavor is that the activities of the Islamic Propagation Office is not exactly the same or parallel to those of other organizations".
  At the end of his talks, Va'ezi stipulated: "We can have a very good collaboration with the Vice-presidency of Qom Seminary School".
