I.P.O.H is a religious, scientific, educational and propagational constitution that explains and expands Islamic revolutionary beliefs, insights and values, and also deepens and expands Islamic knowledge & wisdom by playing an active intermediate role between seminaries and people's religious needs and Islamic regime. This office undertakes these duties:
Introducing the teachings of Quran & Ahl-e Beit (P.B.U.T) as the main basis, defending from Shiism in the dialog among religions and sects, cultural and intellectual guarding from Imam Khomeini's slogans, Welayat-e Faqih, preserving the valuable inheritance of Howzeh, innovation and new thinking, future consideration and the exchange of thoughts. It also considers the implementation of the following items necessary:
1. Presence in & communication with the sources of authority and propagational and scientific programming of the country by the purpose of providing mental-religious needs of great management of the country.
2. Continual recognition of the addressees and recovery of the needs and cultural difficulties of the society to qualify the Islamic preaching and religious researches.
3. Presenting needed education to train learned clergies in the field of Islamic propagation & the religious researching activities.
4. Attracting, organizing & sending needed clergies to related centers inside & outside the country and providing preaching materials for them.
5. Theorizing & thought creating in the field of Islamic sciences & culture by the purpose of providing mental religious needs of the contemporary world.
6. Effort & cooperation in producing & presenting written charters & audio-visual productions, software and websites in the territory of Islamic culture by taking advantages of scientific and cultural sources of Howzehs (Seminary Schools) .
7. Supporting & presenting fundamental & financial facilities in necessary cases for preaching, educational & researching activities in the territory of religious culture.
