I.P.O.H, at its first days of establishment after some months passing the victory of Islamic revolution, for the first step, it afforded to hire propagators and dispatch them in different occasions and from the beginning till now, this important issue during all years of its activity, is the main responsibility of I.P.O.H.
Dispatching thousands of propagators to the holy defense battle field after the victory of the revolution, is from the many honors of this department.
This part with benefiting from unique human sources about 30 thousand seminary student from Qom, Mashhad & Isfahan and having 30 years of experience in managing the human sources for propaganda affairs, today with 150 days propaganda coverage in the year with 30 thousand propagators in 16 propaganda occasions, it does 550 day-person Propaganda in a year.
Conducting hundreds of meeting  and scientific applied seminars for propagators, holding yearly festivals for the best propagators in Qom, Mashhad and Isfahan, fulfilling study projects in accordance with cultural propaganda activities, supporting new ideas and their innovations, overall information gathering from propagators, publishing 6 cultural magazines:
"Message of woman", "Islamic defender", "Islamic studies", "dragonfly", "Pupak", "Salam Batcheha", as well as editing and publishing the contents of propaganda occasions, are some parts of the activities of this office in cultural and prepagational affairs. This department with benefiting form new utilities, it attends to put defending culturalization in its priority for standing against

General Office for Propagators' Affairs
This general office has the responsibility to register and dispatch the propagators (men & women) and to support propaganda activities with 3 effaces: "Propagators' affairs settlement", "sending propagators" and "woman propagators' affairs".
Enrollment of about 30 thousand seminary students, dispatch of hundreds of propagators, launching more than 100 propaganda groups, mechanizing the dispatch system, setting the propaganda documents with specialized approach for propaganda, dispatching the experts and young missileries are other parts of this office's activities.

Office for Cultural and Propagational Studies and Planning
This goral office consists of "Cultural-regional studies", "Propaganda technology" and "planning and assessment" departments. Setting related researches with propaganda, recognizing related subjects and research designs with propaganda, optimizing classical propagating methods, preparing new propaganda methods. Supporting new ideas and new inventions for Propagation, planning and assessing propaganda activities, Producing the reports and regulations relating to Deputy cultural-Propaganda office, are some parts of this office's activity.
Surveying and compiling a general religious propaganda service, anthologizing the contents of propaganda, surveying indirect methods and media propagating, studying about contemporary culture, reviving Islamic traditions, compiling general charter and overall system for propagation, cultural subsystems, conducting 2 summons for innovative designs in the field of religious propaganda and prizing the selected designs, reforming propaganda systems and classifying the for cyber propaganda system, designing media, artistic and written propagation are some other parts of this office's services.

Information Technology  Management and Cultural Contribution Office
This management has been established for covering propaganda and informatics activities to the society, documenting the dispatches, planning and conducting structural courses, scientific and applied meetings and seminars for the performing, planning for perfuming the Islamic propaganda management, cooperating with applied meetings for propagators, communication and performing scientific competitions for Rahiyan-e Noor, preparing the way for being benefited form Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in propagating and expanding cyber propagation, supporting the missionaries in cyber propagations and… are the parts of this department in I.P.O.H.

Cultural and Artistic Center
This center is consisted of "cultural products', "artistic innovations of howzah" and "literary innovations of Howzah" groups in order to pave the way for an efficient and comprehensive propagation by asking artistic utilities.
Preparation and filming from the specialized meetings, holding sessions with artist seminary students, ordering literary and artistic essays, gathering essays related to taking benefits from art in propagation and offering artistic suggestions in religious propagation and are some parts of this center's services.
