This branch with different section such as the office for instruction of the islamic  propagation , the official unit, propagational and cultural unit , research center, and the interest – free loan back, and with the aim of expanding the teachinge of ahle bait(a) , as well as implemeating the cultural activities, was established next to the active seminary school of the province in b87.
Holding poodemani (special courses along with workshops) training courses, and courses of training missioners in different subjects like shiite studies, inanology, wahhabiyyat critique, suffism critique, writing,scientific principles of 'adl and ma`ad (justice & resurrection), propagation psychology, speech, youth – attracting methods, methods of confrontation with psychological warfare, the pathology of propagation, etc., sending the propagation elites to different cities through out the province, publishing the book in arabic and persian, distributing the specialized journals,  granting interest – free loans to the clergies, and so forth are some parts of the activities of this branch.
