I.P.O.H consists of four Vice-presidencies (education, research, and cultural preaching and human sources & support) five administrations (the office of the president, administration of parliamentary and juridical affairs, administration of public relations and international affairs, the office for pinning & scrutiny, the office of schematization & expanding information technology) six, dependent institutes & centers (Baqir-al-Oloom university, the research center for Islamic sciences & culture, the institute of "Bustan-e Kitab", "the Islamic interest –free loan bank", cultural institute of "Ferdos-e Vesf","the National Center for Answering Religious Questions") and three branches (Khorasan, Isfahan & Iranshahr) and two representatives in Tehran & Kuzistan.
