This Branch was established in order to provide the basis of expanding religious and cultural teachings of the great Leaders (Imams), and to answer cultural needs of that area.
Some services of this agency are: holding various educational courses, training hundreds of local scholars, sending thousands of preachers in different occasions, holding answering meetings to the questions of students and college students and holding camps for young elites and training professional Quran educators.
