In 1997, by the order of the respected President of Supreme Leader's Office, the Garden called (Vesf) Village, was delivered to the I.P.O.H weakenreds (Mostaz'afin) Foundation to be used by the venerable researchers and scholars to enjoy.
This village is mountainous, countryside and 70 kilometers far from the holy city of Qom; and it is a very good place for the venerable researchers for cultural, scientific and research activities in the hot holidays.
I.P.O.H has provided this collection for  optimal use by planning, preparation and changing  space, such that only last year were more than 16/000 scholars and researchers have used this place .
This collection now as Cultural Institute of "Ferdos-e Vesf" is managed under control of a management board appointed by the president of the office.
