The islamic propagation office – khurasan-e razavi branch was established in 1988 beside the holy threshhold of eith imam , ali – ebne – mussa al-reza(a), with the support of the long – standing seminary school of mashhad. This branch enjoys four vice- presidencies [department]: education, research, culture and propagation, and human forces and backing services.
Some part of the valuable servies of this branch areas follows: activities in the form of seven educational scientific groups, holding 1412 training courses for over 31629 learners taking advantages of 2579 instructors from among the outstanding professors through out the comtry and khurasan province, holding 1791 scientific conferences and meetings of discussion between the experts and the learners with the attendence of over 200 theoreticians through out the country , establishing the scientific circles with the aim of flourishing the capacities of the young clergies in various fields, inaugurating the training unit for the female propagators , establishing the research center for the islamic sciences and interdisciplinary studies enjoying eight research groups , holding over 700 scientific  and paper – based conferences, publishing and distributing 42 precious resrarch works and also publishing three titles of specialized journals "Quranic researchers", "the social studies of religion" and "jostar"; sending 43000 propagators in 16 propagational occassions, activating cultural and propagational groups in a specialized manner in the form of 12 groups, holding the provincial and national festivals, designing and activating IT networks of "Ijtihad": www.ijtihad.ir , "e-porsesh": www.eporsesh.ir , aiming at answering the religious questions and inquiries, "Quranic surveys": www.quran-p.com , the analytic website of "Talabehblog": www.talabehblog.ir , establishing the IT center, the specialized library , presshall, interest-free loan bank,…
