By the purpose of using collective intellect, during continual years, the board of directors and trustees of I.P.O.H were appointed by the Excellency of Welayat-al-Faqih (the Supreme Leader), and in the last decree of the Supreme Leader in 12.11.2007, eleven people from the scientific, and cultural personalities including Hojjat-l-Islam: wal Muslemin Mohamad Ja’fari Gilani, Sayyed Hassan Rabbani, Sayaed Abbas Salehi, Abd-al-Reza Izad Panah, Hamid Parsaniya, Mohammad Taghi Sobhani, Ahmad Va’ezi, Ahmad Abedi, Alireza Amini the president of Islamic Propogation Organization and the vice-presidency  of the management of Qom Seminary School in preaching affairs were appointed as the board of trustees’ members of presidium of the office for a period of four years and from among the me the Excellency Hojjat-al-Islam wal-Muslemin. Sayyed Hassan Rabbani was selected as the president of the office and Hojat-al-Islam wal-Muslemin Mohammad Ja’fari Gilani was appointed as the head of the board of trustees.
