I.P.O.H during three continual decades of activities, leaning origins belonged to Seminary (Howzeh) & by using valuable advice of Imam Khomeini and the Great Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, has done its best in the way of progression.
On this path, with the emphasis that producing and expanding thought and culture of the religion should be connected to its historical origin, i.e., Seminaries (Howzehs) and clergies, I.P.O.H has seriously endeavored on these items:
• Future planning
• Capability creating
• Environmental intelligence
• Guiding and organizing the sources
• Structural & procedural solidifying
• Technical enabling
Based on this, I.P.O.H in the statement of its mission, by defining an intermediate role between howzahs and religious needs of the society & government, has focused its organic intention and activity on the horizon of the 20- year perspective, to become the most original provider of software needs of cultural space to expand and deepen religion-centeredness.
By this definition, the cultural needs focus on three territories:
• Producing & deepening Contextual capacity of the arena of culture.
• Promoting human ability in the arena of culture
• Mental supporting of management of culture
It should be emphasized that the effectiveness of tracts and activities which are presented in the mentioned threefold items should appear in cultural front line and besides strengthening cultural intelligence (of the system), defending from the regime and attacking the invasive culture, it should cause deepening & expanding of the Islamic culture in national and international levels. Therefore, in this viewpoint, the territory of propagation, development & expanding the culture as a frontline for the cultural battlefield enjoys an extraordinary importance.
