This branch with the ambition of increasing the addressees, and capacities, sawellas introducing the research and scientific achievements of the islamic propagation official, was established in tehran.
Cooperation with the scientific and cultural centers which are volunteer to cooperate with the islamic propagation office, idantifying the capacities and capabilities of tehran universities and seminary schools aiming  at creating cultural and sceintific interrelations, attending scientific, cultural and reserch studies` conferences and exhibitions, holding the general as specofic exhibitions to show the works and products of the islamic propagation office and so on, are some parts of this branch.
