The president of Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy, Dr. Najaf Lakzaei, in addition to offering ISCA's staff his congratulations on Nowruz (Iranian new year), presented a report on the most important activities carried out in ISCA as well as the accomplishments of the academy in the Iranian year 1400. The full text of his message is as follows:

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
O’ Conqueror of hearts and sights
O’ Planner of night and day
O’ Transformer of power and conditions
Transform our condition to the best of conditions!

Nowruz (Iranian New Year) is the epitome of beauty, the season of glorifying creation and the unrepeatable miracle of God's hands in creation, whose mercy is evident in every part of the world. The arrival of the season and the transformation of nature is a great opportunity to seek help from Allah Almighty in the direction of "Transform our condition to the best of conditions" so that in the shadow of this transformation, fill our hearts and souls with divine love and get ready and prepared for the presence of Imam Mahdi (AJ).

I wish you and your esteemed family well-being and attainment of high scientific, religious and moral degrees along with success and health while honoring the memory and name of the late Imam Khomeini (PBUH), the martyrs of the revolution and the holy defense, especially the martyrs who defended the shrine, wishing health to the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, Imam Khamenei, and congratulating the arrival of Nowruz and the beginning of the new year to all hard-working colleagues, faculty members, researchers, managers, heads of departments and esteemed experts, from Allah Almighty.

The Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy in the past (Iranian) year, thanks to the grace and care of Allah Almighty, relying on the capacities, potential and the efforts of esteemed staff, has achieved remarkable success in achieving its goals, some of which are as follows:

1. Having carried out     the strategy of Jihad-e Tabyeen (the jihad of explanation) with various methods, including holding an exhibition of research and technology achievements with the slogan "problem-oriented extension in the governance cycle", having published more than 85 titles of research projects in 86 volumes, authoring numerous articles and having published 62 journals in different languages.

2. Continuation of the problem-oriented approach in the governance cycle by directing activities and outputs towards the issues needed by the society and the country (Islamic Republic of Iran), and holding more than 75 specialized meetings on governance in the Qur'an and 20 strategic meetings of the core of Islamic governance studies.

3. Active and systematic presence in scientific and research meetings and competitions and winning various honors, including 6 works selected as commendable work and worthy of praise at the 25th  Islamic Seminary Year Book Festival, 2 works selected as commendable work at the 41st Iranian Year Book Festival, 2 works selected as at the 14th Farabi Intl Festival,  1 work selected as commendable work at 16th Intl Festival on Cultural Research and ISCA selected as the selected Research Publisher and Center at 25th Islamic Seminary Year Book Festival and so on.

4. Active participation with major activists in the arena of science and culture, through the conclusion of more than 51 national and international MoUs.

5. Creating effective and constructive relations with audiences, especially elites and academics and seminarians in various forms, including holding 320 meetings and specialized and scientific sessions, national and international conferences, workshops, lectures, etc.

6. Active and efficient presence on social media in various forms, including Pajoohaan Mobile Book Reader, presence in the national media of Iran, Research Radio, Research Television and social networks.

7. Designing the map of the path to the scientific activities under the title of “ISCA’s scientific macro-projects” with the purpose of avoiding unfocused and parallel activities, passive selection in conducting researches, answering the needs of the society and fixing the main problems of Iran, creating diversity, reproducing and representing the scientific products and outputs. 

While thanking Allah Almighty and wishing more and more success for those interested in the field of culture, science, and research, I thank the head of Islamic Propagation Office of Qom Seminary, his deputies and directors who has always supported the plans and programs of our academy and also my colleagues in the Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy.
