Introduction
The faculty members of ISCA play an important role in fulfilling scientific-cultural missions and goals of Iran, Islamic Propagation Office of Qom Seminary and ISCA. Their intellectual products, scientific works and active presence in various research, educational and scientific-executive arenas support this claim.
  
Faculty affairs Office by going through processes including recruitment, scientific capability, general qualification, scientific qualification, calculation of severance pay, job promotion, salary and benefits payment, doing the affairs related to the office based on the regulations, in addition to protecting the rights of faculty members , provides the necessary context to carry out their research projects and missions.
