Najaf Lakzaie was born in 1970. He studied at the university and at the same time at Islamic seminary from 1982 to 2004 and succeeded in completing his university education in the field of political sciences and got the degrees of B.A, M.A and PhD. He is currently the president of Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy.
